1.wrinkle and mottle
even if you don't go to outside from home ,but your face to be many wrinkle ,because stay at computer all day, we have a choice to kick of wrinkle and mottle ,first thing fresh vegetable like a carrot,watermalon,tuna fish,and last thing basic drink many water.
